However we also insist that the general public has the right to buy their glasses and contact lenses at fair and reasonable prices. This is where we come in.
We let the Optician cover the healthcare side of your eyesight whilst we cover the sight correction side. On completion of your eye test or contact lens check you must (by law) be given a copy of your prescription. This is all you need to buy your glasses with us. You simply choose a frame, enter your prescription and we do the rest.

When your order is received the following takes place:
- The Optician checks and processes the order.
- The glasses are made in our state of the art laboratory by the technician.
- The finished glasses undergo a series of quality control checks by the Optician to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship is attained.
- The optical assistant sends the completed order out.
